1. Sony WH1000XM3
Which is better: Bose or Sony? We currently offer Sony the benefit of noise reduction and audio quality. The WH1000XM3 (8/10 WIRED Recommends) has an absolutely lively sound and lasts up to 30 hours (10 hours longer than Bose cans). Their noise cancellation is comparable to Bose and better than anything else on the market. The touch controls aren't perfect, but being able to put your hand on the right headset to hear outside noise is very handy.
The only annoying problem is the quality of the calls. The XM3s are bad at making calls. You will sound like you are in the hallway for the people on the other line. (The old Sony 1000XM2 are great too, but it's not worth it unless you get a good discount.)
2. Bose Noise Cancelling 700
